We ripped out the original walls and ceiling insulation and did spray foam. Holds warmth and heat very well. We bought a small portable AC that can run off a generator and we didn't have to turn that on until well into the afternoon on days when it got 100 degrees while sitting in the blazing sun. 

800W of solar on the roof hooked up to 3 x 200Ah AGM batteries with charge controller and inverter.  Also has transfer switch for 120V 20amp shore power. Batteries and electrical are stored under the couch.

We had a refrigerator and mini deep freeze for food storage. Batteries were fine overnight powering those which were both 120v off the inverter. We plan to take the refrigerator and mini deep freeze. If that is a deal breaker I would most likely be fine with letting them stay in the bus.

12V Deisel heater found inside of couch as well. Tank is located in garage in back of bus. Heats the bus plenty. Able to heat the bus to a comfortable temperature even when well below freezing outside.

We used a camp chef propane oven and burners for our cooking. It worked well we ended up just setting the propane tank outside and ran a hose through the floor to power the oven and water heater. We plan on taking the camp chef oven but once again if that a is a deal breaker, I would probably be fine with is staying.

Fold down table attached to wall near front of bus on drivers side.

Thermal curtains right behind the drivers seat to help with insulation and to close off front windows for privacy. 

Lots of pantry space near sink and on top of counter. Pull out shelves for dishes and kitchen items under counter.

Space under sink for storage. Lots of storage space underneath the bed frame in back of the bus.

Small closet in-between bathroom and bed for clothes that need to be hung.

Small "garage" space in back of bus that is not featured in the pictures. Big enough to store generator, mini grill, tools, etc.

Hitch installed on back so a bike rack can be put on or something can be towed. Towed a car all the way from Minnesota to Arizona.

My wife and I drove it from Minnesota all the way to Arizona and lived in it for 4 months. We got pregnant and decided we didn't want to raise a baby in a bus so we bought a house back by family and have nowhere to store it so we decided to sell.
